How does my shopping cart work?

The shopping cart will carry the products you have put in by clicking on the "Buy" button. You will be notified about each newly added product. After you add a product to your cart, you can either continue browsing and shopping or go directly to the order checkout page.

How do I get to my shopping cart?

Click on the "My Cart" button at the top right to get to your shopping cart. There, you can change quantities or remove products from your shopping list. You can leave the basket any time to add other items to your order.
Important: Please check the products, quantities and prices in your cart before finalizing your order.

How can I redeem my gift voucher/coupon?

If you have a coupon, gift voucher or discount code you can enter it in the field provided underneath the product list in your shopping cart. Please be careful, some codes are only valid for a certain time or for specific products.

How do I create an account or log into my account?

In the lower part of the shopping cart page you will be asked to enter your email address. If you already have an account with us, the "Password" field will be displayed immediately once you have entered your email address. Enter your password to access your account.
If you do not have an account yet, you will be asked to fill in all required fields. Through your purchase, an account with us will be created automatically.

What if I forgot my password?

Click on 'My Account' at the top right hand. If you have forgotten your password, click on the link Password forgotten. You will then automatically receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

Which information is mandatory and what happens to my data?

To process your order and get your products to you as quickly as possible, we need certain information from you:
  • Title: choose your title
  • What is your name
  • Status: are you an individual, a company or self-employed
  • What is your company’s name (for companies)
  • What is your intra-Community VAT number (for companies)
  • We also need your e-mail address to which your purchase confirmation, your link to the product download and your license key will be sent.
  • Password: choose a password with at least 6 characters to secure your data and keep your account safe.

In order to complete your registration or order, check the "Yes, I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions” tick box. You will automatically receive a confirmation email with a summary of your data. This data is stored securely on our servers, and you can access or change your information any time through your account or by sending us an email.

Which payment methods can I use?

In the last part of the shopping cart page, you can select the payment method you would like to use. Please check the content of your cart one last time (total amount, your personal information and your email address) before finalizing your order.

Will I receive an invoice?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail to the address you specified when creating your account. This e-mail is regarded as an order confirmation. It contains a link to download your invoice in PDF format. We recommend you print or save this document on your computer. Previous invoices can be viewed in your account any time.

How long does it take to receive the products I ordered?

Once your payment has been received, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing information about the products you have ordered as well as links to download your software.

How can I get the products I ordered?

The second part of the above mentioned e-mail contains a link that enables you to download your software.
To start the download, just click on the "download" link.
Where applicable you will also find the serial number of your software and/or a product license key and information about how to register your product in your e-mail.

How do I use the license key?

With your account, you can easily activate your license key. Detailed information and step-by-step explanations will be provided in the delivery e-mail.
